Laura Granato is an outpatient behavioral health executive and subject matter expert actively working with Kingfish Group, GLG, AlphaSights, Guidepoint, and Verathy Health. They founded Granato Counseling Services, which grew to over 50 therapists and psychiatrists, and served as the President until 2020. With extensive experience in clinical supervision, management, and technology integration in mental health services, they have also taken on teaching roles at The Johns Hopkins University. Granato has held various leadership positions, including Executive Director at LifeStance Health and Director at the Federal Leadership Institute, while contributing to the behavioral health field through publications and consultations. Currently, they are pursuing a PhD in Counselor Education at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
