Mandy Nice serves as a Board Member for the Officer Safety and Organizational Wellness Section at the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) and chairs the IACP OSW Physical Wellness Working Group. With extensive experience in law enforcement wellness initiatives, Mandy presents at various conferences, sharing expertise on topics such as officer wellness strategies, fitness program implementation, and the importance of nutrition. Mandy is also a Tactical Strength and Conditioning Course Instructor with the National Strength and Conditioning Association, providing training to enhance the health and performance of public safety professionals. As the CEO of The Nice Life, LLC, Mandy leads the development of effective wellness and fitness programs for a diverse clientele. Educational credentials include multiple certifications in health and wellness, training, and leadership from respected institutions.
