Mark W. Liston

Mark W. Liston, FHFMA, FAAHC, CPA, currently serves as a consultant at Berkeley Research Group and Guidepoint, in addition to their role as Managing Principal and Consultant at Liston & Company, L.C. Since January 2023, Liston has also been the Treasurer and Founding Board Member of The Rockett Project, Inc. Previously, Liston held interim Chief Financial Officer positions at Penn State Health facilities and served as Vice President and CFO of Corporate Services at Baylor Scott and White Health for nearly a decade. Earlier experience includes roles as Executive Vice President and CFO at Community Partners Healthcare, LLC, and Paragon Healthcare Services, Inc., as well as Managing Principal of a CPA firm specializing in healthcare consulting. Liston earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Arizona State University.
