Melanna Carroll serves as the Chief People Officer at Fresh Consulting, leading operational efforts and enhancing project management to achieve delivery excellence. Melanna is actively involved as a Chief Member at Chief, a network for executive women, and is a Les Mills Trained Instructor. Additionally, Melanna holds advisory roles at ChangeEngine and Tombolo Institute, while serving as an Executive Advisor at Guidepoint, consulting on human capital and talent management. Previously, Melanna held key HR leadership positions at Unsupervised, Grove Collaborative, Zume Inc., and DraftKings Inc., and has a robust educational background including an MBA with an emphasis on Product Innovation from The College of Saint Rose, various leadership certifications, and pursuit of further education at Yale School of Management.
