Nefeli Kosmidou

Nefeli Kosmidou is a Research Manager with a strong background in client services and education. Having taught English at Zacharia private school from 2017 to 2018, they transitioned into the hospitality industry, working as a Front Desk Receptionist at both My Hotel and Giannoulis Hotel. Nefeli also gained experience as a Passenger Service Agent with Skyserv Handling Services from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they are a Client Services Associate at Guidepoint, while holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Hospitality from Hellenic Open University. Nefeli earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2017.
