Riddhima S. is a seasoned design leader with extensive experience in user experience and design management. Currently serving as a Design Leadership / UX Manager at Guidepoint since October 2023, Riddhima previously held the position of Head of Design at Gro Intelligence from October 2019 to May 2023. Before that, Riddhima worked at Fidelity Investments, advancing through roles from Principal UX Designer to Senior UX Designer and UX Designer between August 2013 and October 2019. Riddhima's earlier experience includes a User Experience Designer role at JPMorgan Chase, Interaction Designer at Infragistics, and roles as a User Experience Designer and Researcher at various organizations, including WorldEvolved Services LLC. and SAP Americas. Riddhima holds an MPS in Interactive Telecommunication from New York University and a B Tech in Information Technology from the University of Madras.
