Saf Ahmed is an executive leader currently serving as the Executive Leader for GLG in Strategy, Transformation, and ESG while also heading Strategy, Sustainability, and Scale Up at Oxgrove. With over twenty years of senior leadership experience in major financial institutions such as Barclays, RBS, and Santander, Saf has played a pivotal role in the UK’s banking transformation and growth strategies. As a founding board member of Factern and a member of advisory boards for multiple organizations, Saf promotes sustainability and innovation in business. Educationally, Saf has earned numerous qualifications, including a Post Graduate Certificate in Corporate Leadership and specializations in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) from the Corporate Finance Institute and B Corp UK.
