Sam Gibson, Esq. has diverse work experience in the legal field. From 2022 to the present, Sam has been working as a Project Manager, Client Service - Legal Solutions at Guidepoint. Prior to this, Sam worked as a Legal Analyst at LexisNexis from 2021 to 2022, where they were responsible for proofreading and editing print products, identifying errors in court rules data, and serving as a subject matter expert for Louisiana, Tennessee, and the United States Code Service. From 2020 to 2020, Sam worked as a Governmental Relations Assistant at Flaherty & Hood, P.A., where they conducted statutory research, took detailed notes of legislative hearings, and interviewed city managers for infrastructure projects updates. Sam also gained experience as a Law Clerk at Meshbesher & Spence - Minnesota Personal Injury Lawyers from 2019 to 2020, where they handled various research and writing projects for attorneys. In 2018, Sam worked as a Legal Research & Writing Assistant at Kosieradzki Smith Law Firm, LLC, where they edited a deposition treatise and contributed to new chapters on electronic discovery law. Sam's legal experience began in 2019 when they worked as a Certified Student Attorney at both Mitchell Hamline Law Clinic and the Office of the Public Defender, Minnesota 1st Judicial District. Additionally, Sam has previous experience as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Rustic Pathways, where they managed public relations, handled marketing copy, and coordinated with in-country contacts.

Sam Gibson, Esq. completed a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law during the period of 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2017, Sam obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Spanish from the University of Missouri-Columbia. In addition to their educational background, Sam received a certification as a Certified Automation Professional (CAP) from LexisNexis in December 2021.
