They previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at IceWind, where they drove strategic business development and financial management initiatives. With extensive experience at General Dynamics AIS as a Principal Systems Engineer and at Thermon, Inc. as a Research & Development Manager, Stephen has consistently contributed to innovation and process improvement in engineering and technology projects. They have been recognized as a NATO DIANA Awardee, selected from nearly 1400 global applicants, reflecting their commitment to advancing technology solutions. Stephen received a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Christian University.
