Tianna Buot

Tianna Buot is a Client Services Associate at Guidepoint since July 2025, where responsibilities include collaborating with Project Managers to meet client project needs, conducting expert research, and managing communications with potential experts. Previously, Tianna served as a Training Manager at Shake Smart, developing training programs to enhance employee performance. Tianna also gained experience as a Client Research Associate Intern at Guidepoint, focusing on industry analysis and client communications. In leadership roles, Tianna managed social media for both the University of Arizona Alpha Phi and Active Minds, Inc., effectively increasing engagement and awareness around mental health initiatives. Tianna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arizona, with a background in customer service from positions held at Eggstasy and The TJX Companies, Inc.
