Varneet Sansare

Varneet Sansare has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2016, they started their career as a Project Engineer at Applied Materials, where they worked until April 2018. Varneet then transitioned to OLX People as a Business Development Manager and stayed with the company until August 2019. From August 2019 to January 2022, Varneet joined Board Infinity as a Senior Manager - Strategy and Growth. Currently, they are working at Guidepoint as a Research Manager, a position they started in January 2022. In October 2022, they were promoted to Project Manager at Guidepoint. Their work experience spans project management, research, strategy, growth, business development, and engineering.

Varneet Sansare has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Operations Management from the Welingkar Institute of Management. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical Engineering from Mumbai University Mumbai. Varneet also holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from K J Somaiya Polytechnic, Mumbai, with a specialization in Power System. In addition to their formal education, Varneet has obtained certifications in various areas including Neuro Linguistic Programming, PLC Automation and AC Drives, and Production Planning and Control in Industries. The institutions where they obtained these certifications are Intraspect Development and the Advanced Training Institute, Mumbai, respectively.
