Veena Sridhar has a diverse and extensive background in technology and consulting, currently serving as a Technical Advisor and Chief of Staff at Amazon since September 2016, working closely with SVP Dave Treadwell. Previous roles include Senior Principal Technologist and Principal Technical Program Manager at Guidepoint, as well as a range of positions at Western Union Business Solutions, such as IT Director and Data Architect. Veena's earlier experience includes software engineering roles at SAP BusinessObjects and Upside Software, and serving as Chief Research Scientist at Global Biometrics. Veena holds a Master’s degree in Computing Science from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Annamalai University.
