Gavin Archery has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Gavin began their career at Philips Communication and Security Systems in 1989 as a Sales Manager, where they gained extensive experience and training in electronic security systems. In 1996, they joined Cotag International as a Sales Manager, before moving on to Bewator AB in 1998, where they served as the Vice President of Bewator International.

In 2008, Archery transitioned to working as a Consultant for Arrowhead Alliance, specializing in the design and implementation of complex, multi-discipline security systems. Gavin managed bid responses, acted as a Project Director, and liaised with manufacturers, clients, main contractors, and professional teams. During their time with Arrowhead Alliance, they worked on major contracts, including Guardian News and Media.

Archery then joined Milestone Systems in 2014 as an A&E Program Manager and Bid Manager. Their responsibilities included managing program content and delivery to targeted security consultants, proposal management, and preparation of major bids. Gavin demonstrated expertise in identifying hot buttons, issues, and motivators, and effectively articulated win themes in executive summaries and bid responses.

In 2017, Archery returned to Arrowhead Alliance as a Consultant for one year, before joining AECOM in 2018 as a Security Consultant. At AECOM, they provided security consulting services before transitioning to a Consultant role at Arrowhead in 2019. Lastly, in December 2019, Archery became a Project Manager at Guidepost Solutions, where they are currently employed.

Between 1984 and 1987, Gavin studied at the University of Kent and successfully completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics.
