James Hayes

James Hayes, Jr. is currently the Vice President at Guidepost Solutions since March 2019. Prior to that, James held the same title at First Data Corporation from March 2015 to March 2019, where James was responsible for overseeing AML compliance for money transmission and prepaid product lines. With a background in law enforcement, including roles at Homeland Security Investigations and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, James brings a wealth of experience in managing risk, conducting investigations, and interacting with regulators. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Park University.
