Robert F. Roach

Robert F. Roach is a senior export control officer at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, drawing on more than 40 years of expertise in international research and trade law compliance. Previously, they served as an adjunct professor and chief global compliance officer at New York University, where they coordinated compliance activities across multiple global campuses. Roach has also held significant positions in law enforcement and government, including as an assistant district attorney and section chief at the New York State Attorney General's Office. They hold a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and are currently pursuing a B.B.A. in Finance/Accounting from Temple University.
