Robert J. Bell

Robert J. Bell is a senior executive with over 30 years of experience in law enforcement and investigative leadership, beginning as a Police Officer and Drug Investigator before advancing through the ranks of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). They have directed a wide array of investigations targeting drug trafficking, money laundering, and regulatory compliance, and have built specialized teams and programs, such as the Tactical Diversion Squad. Currently serving as a Senior Managing Director at Guidepost Solutions, Bell continues to tackle complex investigations, ensuring compliance with regulations involving controlled substances. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Sciences from Illinois State University and are pursuing post-graduate studies in Public Administration at Northern Illinois University.
