Stephanie Douglas

Stephanie Douglas is the current President of National Security Practice at Guidepost Solutions. Stephanie has over 20 years of experience in the security field. Stephanie Douglas Advisory Services, LLC was a company they founded in 2015 and ran until 2016 where they provided guidance on national security issues as well as gave executive level briefings on topics such as insider threat and cyber risk. Prior to that, Stephanie worked at Pacific Gas and Electric Company for two years as Corporate Security. There they were responsible for evaluating the corporate security program and creating a multi-year plan documenting specific policy, procedure, and technology needs, along with budget and resource requirements. Stephanie has also been credited with reducing risk at the corporate level by introducing new risk management strategies, implementing new processes and procedures, which lowered incident response times and enhanced responsiveness.
