William Riley

William Riley has an extensive work experience spanning over several years. William began their career as an Assistant District Director for Investigations at the Immigration and Naturalization Service in 1991 and held that role until 2003.

In 2003, they joined the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) as an Assistant Special Agent in Charge and remained in that position until 2011.

Following their time at ICE, William worked at ICS Consulting, LLC. as a Business Development and Worksite Program Manager from October 2011 to September 2012.

William then joined Guidepost Solutions, where they held various roles. William started as an Investigations Manager in September 2012 and was promoted to Managing Director in July 2014. In January 2015, they became a Senior Managing Director, and later, in July 2021, they were appointed as the President of Compliance. William currently continues to serve in this role.

William Riley attended Philadelphia University from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Marketing. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following:

- In March 2018, they became a Certified Fraud Examiner through the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).

- In June 2020, they obtained the Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMLS) certification from ACAMS.

- In November 2020, they became a Certified Global Sanctions Specialist, also from ACAMS.

- In February 2021, they obtained the Fintech Revolution: Transformative Financial Services and Strategies certification from Emeritus.

- In March 2021, they acquired the Chainalysis Cryptocurrency Fundamentals Certification (CCFC) from Chainalysis Inc.

- Additionally, in February 2021, they obtained the Chainalysis Reactor Certification, also from Chainalysis Inc.

- William Riley also holds licenses as a Licensed Private Investigator from both the DC Department of Consumer & Regulatory Affairs (DCRA) and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, although the specific dates of obtaining these licenses are not provided.
