Wesley Sharmaine has an extensive background in nursing and sales, with significant experience in both clinical and marketing roles. As a Registered Nurse specializing in anaesthetics at Netcare Sunward Park Hospital from 1994 to 2004, Wesley provided expert clinical care in various surgical specialties while also leading nursing teams. Transitioning to the corporate healthcare sector, Wesley worked as a Specialty Case Manager at Novartis from 2012 to 2014 and as a Consolidated Care Risk Manager at Metropolitan Health Group from 2007 to 2009, focusing on compliance and clinical protocol development.
