David Lord

David Lord is the Founder and CEO of Guidesly. Prior to this, they served as the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Board of Directors for JumpStart Games for 11 years. Under their leadership, the company transitioned from retail CD products to online gaming, console gaming, mobile gaming, and education with JumpStart Academy. In 2017, they managed the sale of the company to NetDragon Websoft Holdings Limited (HKSE: 0777).

A few of David's accomplishments include successfully transitioning the company from CD-ROM business to leading mobile, online & cloud learning games; leading a complete technology switch over to Unity3D game engine in 2008; and signing significant partnerships with DreamWorks/Universal Studios, Unity3D, Microsoft, and Smithsonian to name a few.

David Lord earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northeastern University.
