Amy Baker

Amy Baker is a seasoned professional in sales and onboarding enablement, currently serving as the Director of Onboarding Enablement at Guidewire Software since May 2014. With a rich history in training and development, Amy has progressed through various roles at Guidewire, implementing comprehensive training programs for customer-facing teams and enhancing their soft skills and sales techniques. Prior to Guidewire, Amy was the Senior Global Training Manager at Riverbed Technology, where training initiatives supported 2,900 employees, and the Director of Partner Marketing at Cloudmark, Inc., overseeing all channel enablement efforts. Earlier career achievements include leading education services at Critical Path, Inc., and managing a business unit at Great Place to Work. Amy holds a BA in English and Government and an MBA from Dartmouth College.
