Beth (Salamida) Bingham, CCP, currently serves as the Head of Global Talent Rewards, Mobility & People Operations at Guidewire Software since September 2020. Prior to this role, Beth was the Head of Global Total Rewards at LogMeIn from January 2017 to August 2020. Beth's extensive experience at Nuance Communications spans various senior positions, including Sr Director of Global Compensation Programs and Global Compensation & HR Systems, as well as Director roles in Compensation, Benefits & HRIS and HR Business Partner. Beth began their career at Nuance Communications as Manager of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS and later held the position of Director of Human Resources for The Americas. Beth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Psychology from Salem State University and has furthered education at UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics.
