Daniel Verson is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in cloud operations and management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager - Platform at Guidewire Software since April 2021, Daniel is responsible for managing a distributed team of Cloud Operations Engineers and handling both day-to-day tasks and long-term projects. Prior to this role, Daniel held various positions at Rackspace from September 2013 to April 2021, including Senior Manager of Operations, where oversight of uptime, operational efficiency, and technical support strategy for the OpenStack Public Cloud was key. Daniel has also contributed significantly as a founder and commercial photographer at Verson Photography from 2006 to 2015, alongside previous technical roles at A2 Hosting, Liquid Web, and others, building a comprehensive skill set in technical support, operations, and client relations.
