James Stratmann serves as the Vice President of Sales at Guidewire Software since January 2024. James has been the Chairman of the Board and President at Sunset Industrial Parts since July 2014, where the focus is on providing trusted MRO solutions to enhance client industries. From May 2022 to August 2023, James Stratmann acted as an Executive Advisor for Canyon Adventure Vans, helping the company become a leading provider of van accessories in the US. His earlier experience includes senior leadership roles at Oracle from 2005 to 2014, where James significantly improved the Southern California sales team’s performance and developed successful sales programs. Prior to that, James Stratmann was a Major Accounts District Growth and Training Manager at ADP from 2000 to 2005, achieving national recognition for driving organic growth and launching innovative sales programs. James Stratmann holds a BA in Biology from Syracuse University and additional education from George Mason University and Stanton College Preparatory School.
