Jay Coulson

Jay Coulson serves as the Vice President of Cloud Solutions at Guidewire Software since November 2006, where Jay establishes and leads a team of Technical Leads to enhance implementation productivity and influence product development. Prior roles include Senior Director of Customer Success, where Jay was instrumental in forming the Customer Success organization and facilitating collaboration with product development. Jay also held positions such as Senior Consulting Director for the Midwest Region, Consulting Director for BillingCenter, and Account Manager within the BillingCenter Practice. Prior to Guidewire, Jay operated as a Technology Consultant and co-founded BANTA Integrated Media, specializing in internet application development. Jay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
