Jonathan Adams

Jonathan (Jay) Adams is an experienced Customer Success Manager at Guidewire Software, focusing on the Insurance Suite Cloud and Cyence Risk Analytics products and leading a company-wide initiative to enhance Customer Journeys since November 2018. Previously, Jay served as Head of Customer Experience at Modulr Finance, where responsibilities included account management, implementing best practices in customer experience, and managing teams across London and Edinburgh. In earlier roles, Jay was Group Director of Customer Success at Sprinklr, Senior Manager of Global Digital at Cheil Worldwide, and held teaching positions at the University of California Riverside Extension and Inlingua. Jay holds an MBA from Sungkyunkwan University, a Cambridge CELTA, and a BA Hons. in Politics from the University of Stirling.
