Mark Robillard

Mark Robillard is an experienced tax professional currently serving as the Tax Director at Guidewire Software since March 2016. Prior to this role, Mark held various positions at LSI Corporation from 1994 to December 2014, including Director of Tax Compliance & Reporting and International Tax Director. Responsibilities included managing tax compliance and reporting functions, establishing transfer pricing policies, and implementing international tax planning and restructuring projects. Mark successfully coordinated cash repatriation projects in Asia and Europe, bringing back over $200 million, and played a key role in mergers and acquisitions through tax due diligence and integration efforts. Mark’s earlier career included roles as a Senior Tax Analyst at Seiler & Company and a Senior Tax Accountant at Kenneth Leventhal & Company. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northeastern University and a Master's in Tax from San José State University.
