Steve Tuszynski is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial law and contract negotiation. Currently serving as Sr. Commercial Counsel at Guidewire Software since March 2018, Steve collaborates with various internal teams on a broad spectrum of contract matters. Previous roles include Corporate Counsel at Solar Spectrum, Associate General Counsel at Sungevity, Legal Director for the Americas at Trina Solar, and Associate General Counsel at Solar Trust of America, LLC. Throughout these positions, Steve has successfully negotiated numerous critical agreements, including SaaS, sales, and partnership agreements, while providing legal guidance on business operations and compliance issues within the renewable energy sector.
