Ben Falloon

Ben Falloon currently serves as Chief of Staff at Guild Capital since July 2023. Prior to this role, Ben worked at McKinsey & Company from February 2020 to June 2023, initially as a Business Analyst and then as an Associate, where Ben was involved in various consulting projects and received a fellowship. Ben also undertook a one-year secondment as a Rotational Fellow at the McKinsey Global Institute, concentrating on international trade research. Earlier, Ben gained experience as a Tutor at the Faculty of Business and Economics at The University of Melbourne and completed an internship in Economic Analysis at the Reserve Bank of Australia. Academically, Ben holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics (Hons) and Mathematics from the University of Melbourne, supplemented by a semester exchange at The Wharton School.
