Alex Hill

Alex Hill is currently a Process Design Manager at Guild, where they lead cross-functional problem-solving to create scalable solutions and enhance operational excellence. Previously, Alex held roles including Operations Analyst and Trainer and Facilitator at Guild Education, where they streamlined product launches and developed training programs for over 300 employees. They began their career as a Personal Banker at Commerce Bank, managing banking relationships and facilitating financial transactions. Alex is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of Colorado Denver.
