Andrew Lee

Andrew Lee is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and organizational management. Currently serving as Senior Director at Guild since October 2023, Andrew previously held the position of VP of Engineering at DHI Group, Inc. from May 2018 to May 2023, where responsibilities included managing a large product engineering organization for the Dice brand. Notably, Andrew has also served in various engineering leadership roles at Rivet, Leap2, Barkley, Riverpoint Group, LLC, Midwest Consulting Group, Computer Sciences Corporation, and BenSoft. Andrew's educational background includes a BA in Computer Science from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and ongoing pursuit of an MBA at Colorado State University.
