Apal Bansal

Apal Bansal is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in data and AI engineering. As the Director of Data and AI Engineering at Guild since August 2025, Apal leads the development of comprehensive AI and Data Platforms, focusing on data infrastructure and engineering functions. Prior to this, Apal served as Senior Director and Director of Data and Solutions Engineering at TripleLift, where responsibilities included managing multiple engineering groups and overseeing both solutions and business intelligence teams. Apal also held positions at FNZ, Whip Media, and JPMorgan Chase, contributing to various software development projects and system integrations. Apal's technical skills were honed through a foundational education at Case Western Reserve University, where a degree was obtained in 2010.
