Cate Griffin

Cate Griffin possesses a diverse background in education and employer partnerships, currently serving as Engagement Manager in Employer Partnerships for Healthcare at Guild since June 2022, following roles as Senior Consultant and Consultant in the same field. Previously, Cate held a Senior Client Services Consulting Intern position at Guild Education and was a Corps Member with Teach For America, where acceptance rates were under 15 percent. During this tenure, Cate developed skills to drive significant student achievement gains. An experienced elementary school teacher at Main Street Elementary School, Cate created tailored lesson plans that led to a 36 percent increase in student performance on state assessments. Furthermore, Cate has experience as a Children's Counselor at The Tyler Place Family Resort, focusing on children with special needs. Cate earned an MBA from the University of Colorado Boulder and holds a degree from Wofford College.
