Colton Kvapil is an experienced data analyst and educator with a strong background in employer partnerships and regional impact analytics. Currently serving as the Lead Analyst at Guild, Colton previously held various roles at Teach For America from July 2013 to May 2023, including Managing Director of Regional Impact Analytics and Director of Teacher & Student Impact Analytics, where responsibilities included building data systems and empowering teams in analytics and problem-solving. Prior experience includes teaching mathematics at Texans Can Academies, co-founding a non-profit organization addressing homelessness in Waco, Texas, and designing a computer science course at Jesuit Dallas. Colton holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University and a Master of Education in STEM Education from Southern Methodist University.
