Damon E. Baker is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and architecture across various industries. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer at Guild Education, Damon previously held roles such as Principal/Associate Director of Software Engineering at IHS Markit, where responsibilities included recruiting and collaborating with globally distributed teams. At ANGI Homeservices, Damon worked as a Staff Software Engineer, assembling full-stack teams, while at SYNQ3 Restaurant Solutions, leadership involved managing teams to develop an autonomous voice-enabled application. As Founder and CTO of HYPRLOCO, Damon recruited a leadership team and secured funding for the startup.
