Dan Vogrin

Dan Vogrin, Esq. is currently a Senior Legal Counsel at Guild Education, bringing strong business acumen and expertise in contract formation, interpretation, and risk identification. They previously served as a Contract Analyst at NielsenIQ from 2020 to 2022, where they drafted and reviewed contracts while assessing potential legal risks. Prior to that, Dan worked as a Contract Specialist at the Law Offices of Konstantine Sparagis, P.C. from 2017 to 2020, managing the entire contract lifecycle and ensuring compliance with legal standards. Dan has also contributed as a Judicial Extern for Justice David Atkins at the Cook County Circuit Court. They are pursuing a Juris Doctor at The John Marshall Law School and hold a Bachelor of Political Science from North Central College.
