Ellie Bertani

Ellie Bertani currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the GitLab Foundation, focusing on creating impactful philanthropy aimed at improving financial stability and economic mobility. In addition to this role, Ellie holds a position as an Advisory Board Member at Guild Education. Previously, Ellie held the role of Senior Vice President of HR Transformation & Services at Wells Fargo, where significant advancements were made to the HR operating model and culture initiatives. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Walmart, where operational strategies were developed for educational programs and digital transformation efforts. Earlier professional experiences include positions at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the U.S. Department of State.
