Eloy Oakley

Eloy Oakley currently serves as the President & CEO of College Futures Foundation, focusing on enhancing equitable access to higher education in California and beyond. Additionally, Oakley holds the position of Regent Emeritus at the University of California after an eight-year tenure on the Board of Regents, having been appointed by Governor Jerry Brown. Oakley is actively involved with various educational institutions, including serving as a member of the Board of Trustees at UC Irvine, Alliant International University, and Western Governors University, along with advisory roles at Guild Education, OpenClassrooms, and Certree. Oakley’s educational background includes an MBA in Business Administration and Management and a BA in Environmental Analysis & Design, both earned from UC Irvine.
