Emily Briggs

Emily Briggs, GCDF, currently serves as a Senior Career Coach at Guild, having previously held roles such as Career Coach and Professional Development Chair for the Gender and Sexual Diversity ERG. Prior experience includes serving as a Career Coordinator at Tennessee State University, where responsibilities encompassed advising approximately 650 students annually on career development and maintaining statistical reporting to assess program effectiveness. Emily also worked at CareerSource Central Florida as a Career Development Coordinator, providing 1-on-1 counseling to youth interns and creating soft skills training modules. Additional roles include Program Manager for the City of Wyoming, MI, and Director of Personnel Development at The Cameron Group, with early career experiences as a Graduate Assistant at Western Michigan University and Program Director at Sherman Lake YMCA Outdoor Center. Emily holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sport and Fitness Administration from The University of Olivet.
