Eric Doty is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in operations and investment management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Partner Operations at Guild since August 2016, Eric previously held the position of Director of Finance. Prior to Guild, Eric was the Vice President of Direct Investments at a Multi Family Office from August 2014 to July 2016. Eric's career in finance began with roles at William Blair & Company as a Buy-Side Equity Research Associate, focusing on international industrials, and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Greenhill & Co. Eric also gained experience as a Summer Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Goldman Sachs & Co. Eric holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Iowa.
