Eric Peterson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in payment operations, billing, and financial analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Payment Operations Analyst at Guild since March 2019, Eric has executed $780 million in tuition and employer benefit payments while driving significant growth in tuition-eligible students. Previously, Eric held multiple roles at Guild, successfully scaling tuition payment processes and enhancing operational efficiencies. Prior experience includes work as a Staff Accountant at Dish Network, where Eric managed inventory reserves and collaborated with service vendors to generate substantial cost savings. Eric began a career at Bloomington Bagel Co. as a Manager, focusing on inventory management and financial reconciliation. Educationally, Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Operations Management from Indiana University Bloomington and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Full Stack Web Development at The University of Texas at Austin.
