Erin Roepke

Erin Roepke, MA, LPC, currently serves as a Mentor at the University of Denver, offering coaching for the Master’s in Sport Coaching and Graduate Certificate in Strength & Conditioning and Fitness Coaching programs since August 2023. As the Owner and Founder of Conquer Performance LLC since September 2020, Erin specializes in mental performance coaching. Erin's experience includes a role at Guild since February 2021, providing personalized support to over 800 members while managing client relationships and enhancing member satisfaction. Previous positions encompass coaching women's club soccer at the University of Colorado Boulder, serving as a social media coordinator for FC Denver, and providing therapeutic services at Golden Peak Recovery and EDCare, where Erin focused on recovery for individuals with substance use disorders and eating disorders. Educational background includes a Master of Arts in Sport & Performance Psychology from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
