Fred Cave

Fred Cave is an experienced engagement manager and consultant with a strong background in higher education and student support services. Currently, Fred serves as Engagement Manager at Guild Education, having previously held roles as Senior Consultant and Consultant at Entangled Solutions. With significant experience at the University of Pennsylvania's Greenfield Intercultural Center and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Fred has developed and implemented programs for first-generation college students and managed a substantial caseload of students across multiple disciplines. Notable achievements include designing curriculum, initiating rebranding projects, and co-authoring grants for innovative academic tools. Fred holds a Master of Science in Higher Education from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master's in Management from Wake Forest University, and a Bachelor's in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
