Kenneth Williams

Kenneth Williams is the Director of Next Chapter by Guild, a new model of outplacement that aims to help laid-off workers access training and job opportunities to align their careers with the future economy. Prior to their current role, Kenneth held positions at companies such as Entangled Group, Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, and Deloitte, where Kenneth gained experience in areas like career pathways, research, analysis, and social impact. Kenneth also founded the Next Generation Scholarship Academy and has a BA in Economics from Morehouse College and a Mini-MBA in Healthcare from the University of Arizona.
