Laura Streb

Laura Streb is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in various managerial and technical roles. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Software Engineering at Guild Education since December 2019, Laura has previously held positions including Software Engineering Manager at TILT Holdings and Senior Software Engineer, Team Lead at Baker Technologies. Notably, Laura contributed to the development of Fanatics, Inc.'s first wholesale platform using containerized microservices architecture, overseeing significant front-end rewrites to enhance team performance and reduce technical debt. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Phase 0 Guide at Dev Bootcamp and a Software Developer at Foraker Labs, where project management and client communications were key responsibilities. Laura holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Dance from the University at Buffalo and completed the Dev Bootcamp program in 2014.
