Lucas Pierce

Lucas Pierce is an experienced professional with a diverse background in speech-language pathology and coaching. Currently serving as a Fundraising Coordinator and Sibling Camp Director at Camp Can Do since August 2015, Lucas also holds the position of Senior Growth Coach at Guild since November 2021. Previous roles include Business Operations Manager at Fission Consulting, where support was provided to the Durham office, and Speech Therapist at Theraplay, Inc., delivering therapeutic sessions to a neurologically diverse population. Lucas has substantial experience from internship roles at ProCare Therapy and Health South Rehab Hospital, focusing on evaluating and treating individuals with various speech and language needs. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Penn State University and certifications as a Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index - Master Practitioner from iPEC Coaching.
