Lucy Kellison

Lucy Kellison is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in client services, partnerships, and educational policy. Currently serving as Chief of Staff for Partnerships at Guild since June 2021, Lucy has also held the position of Director of Client Services. Prior roles include Director of Customer Success at Civitas Learning and various managerial positions focused on partner success. Lucy's expertise is further supported by a stint as a Higher Education Consultant at the Texas Association of Community Colleges and a Graduate Research Assistant at The Charles A. Dana Center. Early career experiences include teaching roles at KIPP Memphis Collegiate Schools and participation in Teach For America. Lucy holds a Master of Public Affairs in Education Policy from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Rhodes College.
