Matthew Bendure

Matthew Bendure is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Category Manager at Guild since December 2022, with previous roles including Senior Consultant and Consultant in Employer Partner Services. Prior to this, Matthew worked as a Budget and Policy Analyst for the State of Colorado, where responsibilities included modeling the state's unemployment insurance trust fund and making budget recommendations exceeding $800 million. Additional experience encompasses economic and financial analysis at Castalia, policy research and opinion writing for Insider, and various roles in education, including teaching secondary social studies and English, as well as a founding member of a middle school focused on educational equity. Matthew holds a Master of Arts in Development Economics from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Studies from the University of Kentucky.
