Micah Abrams

Micah Abrams is an accomplished Product Operations Manager at Guild since December 2020, where responsibilities include resolving student identity discrepancies, leading product discovery, and facilitating technical implementations for Learning Partners. Prior to this role, Micah served as a Senior Analyst and Associate at GoSpotCheck, where a technical support team was built and managed, achieving high customer satisfaction and significant operational efficiencies. Micah's earlier experience includes various roles in the hospitality industry at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where leadership of teams and implementation of technology solutions were demonstrated, as well as serving as a Hospitality Teaching Assistant at Endicott College. Micah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality from Endicott College and has completed a Data Science certification through eCornell.
