Mike Pitta

Mike Pitta is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the recruitment industry. Currently serving as the Director of Executive Talent Acquisition at Guild since July 2021, Mike has previously held senior roles at ViacomCBS, including Senior Manager Talent Acquisition and Senior Manager Talent Acquisition for Technology, where responsibilities included collaborating with hiring managers and managing the full recruitment cycle for technology positions. Prior to ViacomCBS, Mike worked at IsPossible as Senior Director and Manager of Talent Acquisition, and at InRhythm.com as Manager of Talent Acquisition. Early career experiences include positions at Cucina Mio, Toys"R"Us, and Winn-Dixie. Mike holds a Master of Business Administration in Management from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Miami.
